The reserves helped with parking at a Centerville Funeral.  The Mounted Patrol expressed an interest in helping with this sort of thing (from horseback).

The Mounted Patrol would like to have a permanent guaranteed place to put our horses during the fair.  Ideas thrown out were enclosing our portable stalls (not feasible due to weather, mud, etc), getting the barn that used to be the rabbit and chicken barn (south of the restrooms) or buying two stalls for our exclusive use in the existing horse barn.  The most feasible solution was deemed to be to try to get the rabbit and chicken barn.  Alan will see who is in charge of that and if anything can be worked out.

Next meeting:  The next meeting is the 2nd Tuesday of December, at 7:00 in the Sheriff's Dept. Conference room.
