HELP Meeting Schedule

Planning for our community's participation in the Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program (HELP) has started.

Meetings are scheduled to get public input identifying projects for the HELP Strategic Investment Plan.

The meeting for the City of Richmond & Wayne County is February 23rd at 6:00 p.m. at the First Bank Kuhlman Center at the Wayne County Fairgrounds.

Wayne County and participating communities have committed up to $12.5 million of their American Rescue Plan Act money for projects identified in the HELP Strategic Implementation Plan.
